April Book List

December’s booklist welcomes quiet winter mornings and the first snow. You’ll find cozy winter classics to read together, alongside stories that celebrate Christ’s birth, bringing warmth and wonder to the season.

This is a curated collection of beloved stories from my classroom and our home, and some new titles that we put on our list to try. I hope you enjoy reading these together to help prepare your hearts of the season.

Please note none of these stories teach about Santa but some of the stories mention him—obviously Just Nicholas, Christmas in the Country, Christmas in the Big Woods. Our family choose to omit those parts.
